This summer I was accepted into the Flytographer fam, a platform for travelers and photographers to get in touch with each other on the road! Cool, right?
I recently had my first Flytographer assignment with this gorgeous family. Laura, Daniel, and little Wyatt were the cutest and we had a blast shooting at the foot of the Flatirons in Boulder–classic.

Had an absolute blast getting to hang with my cousin Mario and his beautiful family last week! It was such a great shoot to wrap up my short visit to the San Luis Valley, where I got to shoot with two other gorgeous families. I can’t say it enough but I love my job.

Man oh man, was this a fun shoot! Started off pretty gloomy and we managed to get some good shots in, but finally it started pouring and before we all parted ways I begged Stephanie and Adam to stand in the rain for a few lovey couple shots and they gladly obliged like the good sports they are! And I have to say the result was so worth it, I love the intimate shots we got of them in the rain… so Notebook. Obsessed.

I got to meet up with Brianne, Joe, Charli, and Presley this last weekend during a rainy afternoon and shot some pictures. We were a little nervous about the weather but it provided a unique batch of photographs that I absolutely love–so clever of them to bring some umbrellas! This shoot was particularly awesome because I had the joy of shooting with them a few years ago before precious Presley was born, so it was amazing getting to see them again and meet their new addition!
So much fun and I am excited to see them again in the future. 🙂

And that’s a wrap for now for the San Luis Valley! I finished my time here on Tuesday when I shot in Alamosa with my cousin Richard and his beautiful family. It was the first time I’d gotten to meet his daughters and they were too cute! It was a fun evening and we made some great photographs–definitely a good way to end my time here.
Now I’ve moved into my new place in Denver and get to take some pictures of cool stuff with cool people in the coming weeks. May, however, return to the Valley at the beginning of July to shoot with a few interested families though, so I’ll definitely be back. 🙂

For my month in the San Luis Valley I got to shoot with some beautiful people in my hometown of Del Norte. It has been so great being down here in the beautiful Valley; after traveling for so long, it’s always great to come home.
Last Sunday I got to know the Villagomez family new to Monte Vista and we shot along the river walk in Del Norte. They were so much fun! I think it’s safe to say we created some great moments. 🙂
